We use finely cut catnip in this product so it may create catnip dust during transportation if this occurs it can be brushed off if required. It will not harm your cat.

orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be sent the following day.
We ship every day Monday to Friday and use Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived within three days please check your tracking details as the postmen don’t always leave a card. Orders are posted in a box and wont fit through a standard letter box.
